branson 2019 || fall edition

Hello, all! I’m writing this post at the end of a Monday that has felt very Monday-ish. (we all know what the means) We didn’t get to bed until 2 am last night, so I’ve gone through the day feeling pretty drugged. haha

But anyway! I’m here to talk about our recent family vacation to Branson, MO!

As y’all know, our family loves Branson. (proof here and here) We try to get season passes every other year and make a family vacation out of it. It’s so relaxing and family-friendly, which makes it very enjoyable for us in the midst of usually-pretty-hectic life.

On this specific trip, we met up with my grandparents and stayed in a condo together for the week-long trip. It was great to be able to see them again and to spend my birthday with them. ❤

The weather was unseasonably warm during our trip, which was a bummer; we were all looking forward to fall temperatures and wearing hoodies. Nonetheless, we very much enjoyed our trip! haha

We have spent years going to SDC and never riding Outlaw Run, Wildfire, the Giant Barn Swing, and more recently, the Time Traveller. But this time (it’s a long story haha), we (me, Dad, and Brayden- Mom gets sick, so she only rode Outlaw Run and the Barn Swing) made it onto all those rides! In one day. Going on Time Traveller three times.🤭😆 It was so fun! We rode Wildfire and the Time Traveller in the rain, so that added some interest to the experience as well. haha
