heritage 2019 || part 2 + heritage 2019 || part 3

Y’all, Heritage 2019 happened SO fast. I spent 90% of the drive to Colorado Springs trying to process that fact that it was actually happening. Then it was over.
Heritage Conference has always held a very special place in my heart! It’s probably the most awaited week of my life, every single year. If you have never been, make plans to go! You won’t regret it 🙂
It takes about 9 hours of driving time before we arrive in Colorado Springs, so we had a lot of time to kill to: talk about the randomest things, laugh at basically nothing, try to sleep, wish we were already there, sing at the top of our lungs, bask in the rare moments of silence, and sit in awe of the absolute gorgeousness of the drive.
I loved it.

We saw this sign on the way there, and I busted up laughing. Anyone know of an 8 piece family with two sides they can hire for $20?? 😆

Also, these storms! They were SO beautiful and fascinating. Everywhere you looked, you could see storms like this one in the distance, clear lighting and everything. Yet it was still super sunny where we were driving. God is amazing!
