Hello! As you may already know, my name is Maddison Merriman. I have always wanted to start a blog, due to my love of writing and expressing myself through pen and paper, or in this case, keyboard:) My goals for this blog are, 1) to organize and have record of things I have written, 2) to inspire people to live life to the fullest and stop and smell the roses every once in a while, and 3) to encourage this next generation of Apostolics to never give up and to not take our calling to be the chosen generation lightly.
You may be questioning why I chose to name my blog “Sticky Notes and Ice Cream”. Those who are close to me know that I am a very organized person. I love order, tidiness, and lists. The reason I love lists so much is because they put order to my over-active brain. I have so much going on up there 24/7, that using lists and sticky notes are a must! As for the ice cream, it’s my all-time-favorite dessert! Ice cream is ALWAYS a good idea, and you can never have enough! I will eat almost any kind, but most varieties of chocolate are my favorite. So, that concludes the meaning behind “Sticky Notes and Ice Cream”. I hope you all will enjoy reading it as much as I am enjoying creating it!
